Iam sure everything will show eventually but leaving a customer that payed in full in the dark is not the best way to do things, maybe Iam annoying but after

Iam sure everything will show eventually but leaving a customer that payed in full in the dark is not the best way to do things, maybe Iam annoying but after sending out $9g plus US for a kit, I believe in customer service no matter the situation. That’s just me and how I do business. I’ve seen the worst of the worst thru the gtm days and even through all that I still received a full kit from them.
