I was born and raised in the bay area now I rep socal...I can hook you up with the right people when times arise...for now you need to head over to exact motorsports in Milpitas(very close to you) and introduce yourself to John and tell him that Kevin Neely sent you! As far as smog we will talk when your car is due in 5 years...k
