The Kit was purchased new from Topgunz thru RT Tuning. They installed the setup that was sent directly from Aaron. Can you please explain to me which pulley you are calling the sc tensioner pulley? I'm guessing it's the one directly behind the sc. Correct?

The adjustable tensioner pulley between the sc pulley and the jackshaft pulley

What is the advantage of running the 3.47 jackshaft pulley (sc side) and 3.0 SC pulley?

Yeah but I'm only running 1050 injectors so I won't be spinning as fast as you
