If you want to know the rule of thumb behind the wastegate spring it is this. 3 port MAC valve: 12psi boost on wastegate spring = Max boost around 24psi.

If you want to know the rule of thumb behind the wastegate spring it is this.
3 port MAC valve: 12psi boost on wastegate spring = Max boost around 24psi. You double it. I was at 70% duty cycle on the MAC valve at 25psi before. 4 port MAC valve: 12psi boost on wastegate spring = LOL, I have no idea. Guess we will find out. Last edited by Spooler; 06-08-2021 at 11:09 AM. |
