^^^^^^Think I am going to put his on my intercooler this time. Not going to anodize it.

Now the question is a Bell Core or a Garrett core. SOHO has both in stock but have not made a Garrett core intercooler yet. I have been reading and the Garrett cores are supposedly quite good.
Guess I will use whatever SOHO wants. No big deal. It is going to be better than what I have today.

New intercooler is on the schedule to be made this week, then it will be sent out for coating. I told Nick he may want to make a Jig so he can duplicate it for other folks with a Fast Intentions kit. Looks like the turbo's are gonna be done around 27 to 28psi. The exhaust housing is the limiting factor. I want to get the car back and see how it does. I really don't care to loose too much of the power down low. If it was a drag car it wouldn't matter so much but that is not how I use the car.

Bumper cover is off and making headway. They are going to take pictures of the finished product just in case more folks are interested in it.
FI intercooler is only 2.5in thick by looking at the pictures. Piping size is 2.5in. diameter. Going to a 3.5in Bell core should do the trick. In progress. Getting it coated I will be waiting in line like everybody else which sucks. 14 business days of waiting.

The real test is going to be when the car goes back on the dyno. 20 to 30 deg rise in IAT's will rob HP. I was at freaking 60 deg rise from Ambient. That was a holey chit moment.
I don't get it. Nobody before me that got up in the 9xx whp range never noticed this. WTH!!!! How CarbonZ made 1003whp is beyond me. That chit had to be hot unless it was done in the colder months. I am baffled.
Even Dynosty's shop car was in the 1xxx whp range with an FI kit. They didn't notice it either? Did they think they were out of turbo causing it to blow hot air. I just don't get it.
See, it is even open deck. I beat that didn't last long. It even had the stock plastic intake. Dang how times have changed.
