Check this out. Sure you would have to change up your IC setup entirely, but this would be a first on a Z and have massive potential for 1/2 mile.

I have seen those before. They use something similar on the Demon if memory serves me correct. I will stay air to air.

If you guys don't remember at 900whp 4th gear pull my IAT's were 38 deg C. Vince put it in 5th and the IAT's shot up to 68 deg C and I gained no HP. That is on a dyno with minimal air flow over the CAC. I am close to having an issue. I need to address it or keep the boost at 25psi.

Conversion for ya. 38C is already getting warm.

38 C = 100.4 F
68 C = 154.4 F

@Spooler... Do you have any gauges or an OBD reader that monitor your IAT's currently?

IAT's are read from/part of the MAF sensor right? ( I'm not sure )

Better start looking getting rid of the oem oil solution, our design sucks, our capacity sucks.

I do not. It can be read through ECUTEK. You won't need to worry about this with the power levels you are wanting. Never had an issue until we pushed it up to 900whp. I can log it with my ECUTECK Bluetooth dongle if needed.

Not worried about it because of how I am going to use the car. Can't use that much power on a track because you can't keep it cool. Heat management will go out the window. 1/2 mile at a time I don't foresee an issue. If I do a track day it will be turned down to 600whp or less.

They can wire up all kinds of sensors to that unit.
