That is not the first IPP that has bit the dust. As far as Billet everything. There are no billet blocks. I was trying to get some made but I needed 4 more people to go in on it to make it happen.

Here's what SOHO did with a single turbo

How long will it live?

That is the question. It may be good as gold. It may not. Only some miles on it will tell. I was golden until I wasn't, LOL.
At least it made it off the dyno without puking it's guts. That's a start.

Post the dyno graphs. It hit peak TQ at around 5500rpm. Mine was at 4550. That is the difference between a big single and twins.

It is a great question to ask, as we have been testing this setup for some time now...

This vehicle did over 20 pulls at this power and boost level and after sitting for about 15 minutes between runs, you could pop the radiator cap and there was no pressure in the coolant system. The coolant temp stayed within 190 degrees as well while on the dyno.

The setup that is in Nathan's Nismo is going to be a very similar setup that we will be running on our shop NISMO at TX2K, which will be the final test for how this motor can withstand four days of solid abuse at over 1000 wheel.

We also have two more vehicle with these motor packages that should be hitting the dyno soon.

I am glad someone is having success.

Dyno runs are nice and all  But let’s see some extended spirited driving or some laps. Excited for TX2K :yum:

I probably wont make myself popular in this thread, but: where exactly do you guys intend to use these 900hp cars effectively?

If you want to drag race, buy something with 4wd and launch controll (GTR or what not). If you want to use it on race tracks or areas like nurburgring/tail of the dragon, I'm sure 700hp does the trick (lack of driver skill outweighs horsepower). If you want a fast street car for rolling race, there usually isnt much out there on a regular Friday night that's really much faster.

Maybe the VQ is just not the best platform to pursue what you guys want?

LOL, half mile events. On the dragon and track you will be turning it way down to 600hp or below. I drove everyday at 718hp on the street and I used it regularly. Buying a GTR, No thanks.

You would have to come state side and live here for a while to fully understand. Power corrupts. Never have enough. :driving: There are cars on the street running around with over 2,500 hp. :icon14:
