Because i did not know about that either. I'm really new to tire brands and all that if you can't already tell! haha.

Here this is what I found.

No they are not the same. PS4S is a street tire between PSS and CUP2 in performance, a better tradeoffs between grip and wear. It outperforms PSS essentially thanks to the new compound technology used in it.
