Why? I started at a 150 on my 370z and ended with about a 188 (crank) shot. I wanted as close to a 190 as I could get and that's all the shop had.
Starting at a smaller shot is absolutely pointless. That's like telling someone that's turbocharged to start on a few pounds and work your way up. Get in it and drive the thing
