So much pipe...15 kits, 150 welds in. Looking good so far. Should have a good amount of work behind me by Sunday night.

Awesome!! Can’t wait to get on the bp team

Just a couple of VHR DP's welded up....with HR's in the background. That was about 75' of weld...if I was to stretch it out.

On a sad note, the car that really started it all is now with a new owner...took the last pic this weekend. I picked it up in 2008 (it's an 06, Rev-Up, base) in Scottsdale, AZ, and drove it back with my wife, with a slight detour to Vegas:
http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...pswfjasxca.jpg Sad to see it go really, it was a great car, and had a lot of work done to it, with many turbo kit versions, starting with the original mid mount. Now, it is on to newer things, so I am looking at placing a deposit on a 2018 370Z NISMO. Looking to maybe do a couple of more products...time will tell how things go. Hope to have the keys some time in April next year. |

All work orders have been sent out. Looking to get everything sipped before the end of this month.
Could probably squeeze a couple of more orders in, based on current status. |

I don't appear to have received one. Looked through my junk mail and just to be sure. |

Here's a couple Dyno sheets to get you guys excited

VERY NICE! Thanks for sharing the dyno results.
|
Thanks Sasha! As you can see it's a conservative tune with not even 500 ft/lbs. However it makes me feel more comfortable this way.
|
Is that on E85 and stock block?
Also notice easing in to boost which is good at that power. The torque carries really nice all the way to the end. |
Dyno from other BP turbo 370 at my shop here.
Stock block / 93 octane / 10psi / Correction to dynojet numbers on HP http://www.the370z.com/members/zashb...dyno-10psi.png E85 tune coming soon |

Thanks for sharing! Is this with 91 or 93 oct pump? .. and do you have the 62 or 67 turbo
Quote:
|
That's with 91 pump gas. I believe I have the standard turbo that Sasha sells which is a 62mm
|
Yeah, the standard turbo will hit 700whp on E85 all day long. To push things a bit further the 1.32 A/R turbine is ideal for E85 tunes, especially on built blocks where the torque can be pushed hard in the lower RPM's

Tomorrow: packaging....
http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...pski814qsk.jpg Out of the 7 kits going out next week, 5 had the ope Y-pipe configuration for customizing at the time of the install (only 4 pictured): http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...psrfk2f9ad.jpg With the above, I include two 2-bolt flanges. All you have to do is cut the pipe to the correct length, and get the flanges welded. Makes it really simple/easy to do and mate up to whatever exhaust is on the car. |
Can we get a photo of the Motordyne one? Curious to see a better photo of mine. :D
....annnd deposit sent! |

Noiceee hah.
You know, I'm kinda a pissed at you. The only reason I went SC at first was because I was adamant I didn't want to lose the Motordyne. Then I come to find out after finishing my SC install you had a specific Motordyne exhaust option? Ohhh I was not happy... lol. |
