Is there supposed to be a gasket in the Tial v-band? Sounds like there is and I didn't get one. Confirm?

That is not necessary.

I had to buy mine seperate from the unit, but it didn't do anything really. The vband is good enough on its own.

The last two extra idler pulley kits were sent out internationally! One to Taiwan and one to Australia. I have one more kit ready to go. I will stock up for some extras toward the end of June. I did go ahead and make several of the custom spacers being that they take the most time.

So good news on mine
The supercharger is back from vortech ..I have to say mighty impressed they turned it around quick time

I fitted it all back up tonight and all runs good apart from a whistling noise which I'm hoping is an air leak maybey
The car pulls strong and smooth tho so happy days

The shop that installed my fuel system installed a new v band with a gasket on the Tial. I had put plumbers tape as a gasket first time around :)... for some reason they didn't like that and re-did it.

I tried searching this thread but no luck. What sort of fuel pressure are you guys running on the return style CJM kits? My fuel pressure gauge reads around 40psi at idle. Does it stay at a constant pressure? I did see a vacuum line leading to the fuel pressure regulator... I don't know how this stuff woorks

Disconnect the manifold line from the regulator, set pressure to 52 lbs, reconnect line. I have the same system.

Awesome thanks! The pressure regulator is literally installed under a bunch of coolant hoses that go to the throttle bodies.... wtf

If anyone needs injectors I can get Injector Dynamics ID1000's for $625 shipped w/ full warranty.

Get rid of the coolant hoses going to the the throttle bodies while you're at it. No use heat soaking them.

I thought they discontinued the 1000's for the new 1050's?

TopgunZ 06-09-2017 02:28 PM

I can get ID1050x's for $675 shipped to your door.

I've been looking for a way that we can remove our filter much easier, since there's pretty much no room to spare.

A buddy of mine had a 3.5" intake piping fabricated and the shop they arw willing to create more of these. You'll have to remove quite a bit from the rad core support.

Refer to the pics for reference. PM me if interested. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0c85fd11bb.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...702ca4fb95.jpg
