read your directions again. Its for your manifold ports

TheWeez 04-09-2016 08:20 AM

You tap the manifold 3x?

A little grabby in first gear but not by much with a little chatter once warm in neutral, other than that she's good to go!:tiphat:

That's basically my report on their full face disk. Stock engagement, easy shifts, loud as hell and pressure about 50% stouter than stock.

Per instructions you tap it once for BOV. Sasha includes the second tap in case you want to tap for boost control or something.

I tapped it twice, BOV and Boost gauge map sensor.

TheWeez 04-09-2016 09:05 AM

Thank you! He sent me 3 total so I was confused. I tapped with the small one already

You'd be hard pressed to get a third tap up front. You might have to tap the back but I don't know what your use a third one for.

You could tap each inlet to the mani post TB's, and the back of the mani. (dual BOV setup and boost controller)

That would work great on a TT but this piping only comes with a single. That's a lot of work to run dual.

Those are used with your breather filters, where the OEM breathers were connected from your valve covers to your intakes.

TheWeez 04-10-2016 10:00 AM

Anyone had any issues getting the downpipe to link up, I feel like i have to saw off the heat shield bolt to match up. Getting super close to the end :)

As per the instructions...you have to cut the heat shield bolt off to crate enough clearance for the down pipe.

TheWeez 04-10-2016 10:53 AM

Sorry. I didn't see that part. What are your opinions on the wastegate clamp not completely closing. I used adjustable pliers to get it as close as possible

That is normal on the inlet, as you have to compress the internal spring slightly when closing the clamp (the valve seat is being pushed down by the spring).

You're a lifesaver. Will be emailing you with my Ecu number soon

TcRocket 04-11-2016 03:02 AM

Perfect thanks. Wish the search function would work on Mobile

Can my car operate without switching the fuel pump on your base tune. I'm moving and need to get the car out of my garage ASAP

ARrado15 04-11-2016 01:20 PM

Are you just moving the car? If so I would just push it. But I don't think it would hurt so long as you don't enter any boost.

TheWeez 04-11-2016 01:29 PM

Driving 40-50 miles

Weez are you moving near Orlando? Or should I say "nearer" by any chance. I'll be undergoing the same process pretty soon. Just ordered Prosport Guages today. ( Oil Temp, Oil Press and Wideband Prosport Halo's ) Ordering Southbend Stage 3 with Southbend Billet Flywheel, BDE engine mounts and Mishimoto Radiator this week also. I have to make a choice between the Greddy Profec OLED or the Eboost2 for boost controller but all that will be done in the next day or two. Then next week I cough up the money for the Turbo kit. I just have to buy a new vehicle before I get started with the install.

TheWeez 04-11-2016 05:01 PM

Moving towards Clearwater but will help out any way I can.

I'd appreciate it.

hc_416 04-12-2016 10:43 AM

I have two questions about the install.

1. Do we have to remove the power steeing line bracket off of the sub fram. Because i had to do to fit in the turbo.
2. Is there a support bracket for the turbo, because it is only being support by the exhust pipes.

jwick 04-12-2016 11:39 AM

BP V 2.0 turbo kits...ROUND 3 place your order now

Can't answer first as I have a different compressor cover.

Second, no the manifold supports the turbo.

I didn't remove anything, I just crammed it up there

Just have to run the vacuum lines, figure out the intercooler piping from the wheel well to the turbo and the fuel pump

YzGyz 04-12-2016 01:01 PM

I didn't have to remove any bracket other than the one holding the oem cats up. The Turbo fits snugly next to the Trans. Like Jwick said, the snail is held up by the manifold.

Things are coming together nicely guys. Good job all! So very cool to see all these kits/cars come together.

I just plugged in the add a circuit into the fuze box but trying to figure out where does everything hookup to on the scavenge pump and what's the best way to route it all. This has me and my buddies wondering what to do.

I just routed it behind the motor and down the drivers side light

I did very similar. Mounted the relay on under the cowling by the battery, ran the wire under the cowling and then tucked it away

just want to say thanks to everyone that answered my questions. The shop I have doing the work wanted to make sure it was done right. It should be done tomorrow and picked up on friday, but then I have to drop her off for another week to get her tuned...

A week to tune? Mine took 2 hrs.

TheWeez 04-13-2016 09:10 AM

So the hose for the manifold port that was drilled goes to the BOV barb. The hose for the drivers side intake goes to a T on the Trans and then the hose goes to both drivers side and passenger side lower wastegate ports?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

jwick 04-13-2016 09:35 AM

If you aren't adding pressure source for anything else, yes. Tap the manifold for the barb for BOV and run the WGs off the intake piping.
