@Tcrocket yea that looks a lot like mine, does it say "CREDIT PARTS" along the side? Did you install it already? If so how is it holding up?
|
I don't remember if it said that or not. It is already installed and tuned no fuel issues running good

Can anyone tell me how to get a hold of Sasha? I have not been able to successfully contact him through several means of communication I've tried fb, email, PM, this is really starting to suck as my build is sitting in my garage on hold.....

Hey everyone, I finished my BP install a few weeks ago and have been going back and forth with my tuner. We are moving forward but a small issue that has arose is my short term fuel trim is off about 10% on average from bank to bank. Has anyone ran into this that can point me in a direction? I have checked vacuum hoses, reseated my manifold, etc, etc. Also attached are AFR and 3rd gear pull so I can see what you guys think on if they are looking good. Working with Seb remotely and he is awesome. I am in no way going around him, I just need help with the short term fuel trim issue since he is remote and I have run out of things to check/tighten...
Thanks in advance guys. https://s32.postimg.org/z3c9tgted/STFT.jpg https://s31.postimg.org/5z4bkh5cb/AFR.jpg https://s32.postimg.org/bzpnlnugl/3rd_GEAR.jpg |
If all else fails you might need to send your injectors in for flow matching to ensure they are all opening/closing with the signal.
|
@Jax4557 I had an issue with the initial installation of my injectors weren't seating properly, I had to keep fiddling with it until I finally got it fully seated to the best of my satisfaction, I know you said you rechecked everything but it's just a thought to throw in there.
|
Also my question is in regards to the base map. Is the base map for the kit pre installed on the uprev or do I still need to get a hold of Sasha to obtain it?
|
I have had a jumping afr at high rpm ! I am still chasing the demon... I was going to unplug my post cat 02 and start there. Is the short term fuel trim the same thing as a float afr at high rpm? I believe Jwick had the same problem as me. Sasa has been great with the help, the shop on the other hand refused to call him for some reason, so i took the car back and am driving it atm.

Okay that's what I thought.. Now my next question is how can I get a hold of him my build has now been on hold for almost 3 weeks now, waiting for a reply from Sasha. Still no response... This is turning out to be a night mare. :shakes head: |

Even with the base map you'll need a custom tune anyway. You could just tow it to your tuner. |
im not quite sure if the base map is universal but is there by any chance any one can send me the base map so I can use it instead of waiting for a reply I'm ready to get my Z on the road, so far this build has been a nightmare as far as customer service...

I put my uprev map in drove it for a couple hundred miles to break in my clutch went to dynosty with ecutek and haven't looked back. Talk to Hal at Dynosty uprev vs ecutek no comparison

Only other thing I can think of is to call RT Tuning who created the base map, explain the situation and see if he can send you a base map for your ECU. He might charge you but at least you won't be stuck.

Either way, I sent you an email. Let's go on from there. |
I am trying to get a few pieces to button up my post install. Any help is appreciated.
I need the vband connector from the waste gate recirculation tube to to the exhaust. What size is this? I need a T clamp for the the 90 coming from the intercooler to the throttle body. I also need a gasket from the OEM driver side header to the BP pipe. Also if someone who has the bP kit wants to shared there profec settings for 10psi and 13 psi that would be awesome... Ill follow up with pictures. Thanks in advance, |
Is the installation doable on my own? I have a pretty good mechanically skill base from working in a shop as a technician for a little over a year.
