I would bet yes it will, below are 2 photos that give a good comparison. Since the F.I. uses the factory bolt locations I would say it is a safe

I would bet yes it will, below are 2 photos that give a good comparison. Since the F.I. uses the factory bolt locations I would say it is a safe bet it will fit and maybe provide better airflow since it is a smaller piece overall.
