I just called the owner of 928 Motorsports just to ask if there could be anything wrong inside the supercharger that could be causing my boost problems. He believes it is the belt slipping. Anytime I have ever seen a belt slipping I have always seen belt dust but he said thats not always the case with belts these days. He gave me a few new ideas to test, fingers crossed!

Put on your cog setup. That will eliminate any chance it is slip.

His suggestion was simply to touch it after a pull, if it burns your finger it's slipping. I think I will use a temperature gun instead of burning my fingers. He also said to do one pull then spray it with belt dressing ( only as a test not a fix) and see if the psi goes up.

Not me. Evo made his slot longer. I think I have a larger idler pulley so you can do that, or put a bigger jackshaft pulley on.

Yeah mine with the 3 " idler still has around 1/2" more it can be tightened and doesn't quite move that much.
