That's the killer part. I took Friday off! However, I had the package sent to my work where there will be someone to receive it no matter what.

I took the day off to button up any loose ends required before the dyno day. If the package doesn't arrive then I will have to make my own intakes post intercooler which is not what I want to do.

On another note. I have everything ready to go with the car minus my ethanol content analyzer system and the manifold isn't bolted down yet.

I cant get to the bolts. I believe Evohunter said to use a EZ-red with flex head so I bought one, FOR $46 BUCKS, and there is no way it will work. Since it is not open ended it contacts the mani before it slips over the bolt head. Ive returned it.

So instead I have a different wrench on order. It is a ratcheting, open end style that uses a spring loaded jaw. If that doesn't work I will need to make my own tool out of some steel flat bar.

I don't know where the wrench from Stillen went so I bought a cheap wrench that we torched and bent.

Stillen Air to Air setup

That picture is still using water to cool it.http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/08...08e3d974ee.jpg It works for the stock set up but not adding more power like the air to air.

The Stillen comes straight out of the SC'r and in to the TB's.
The I/C is in the IM after the TB's.

I realized it was water to air right after I posted it. requested to have the post deleted. my bad. haha

Hey top, I used a ezred with a crows foot to crack it loose.

TopgunZ 08-17-2015 04:18 PM

Oh CROWS foot!! Sorry, missed that part.

EVOHUNTER 08-17-2015 04:31 PM

I Used a double sided 3/8 socket adaptor, the ezred's can be used on a square bolt., triangle, triple square, 5 point and 12 point bolts. that's why I suggest the easy reds.

Worst case, go to house of tools (if I remember that's where I go for cheap tools when im at my house in Palm desert) buy a super long wrench for 20 bucks and heat/bend it so it works!

Well here is my upgraded brace. The aluminum is 7075 which is at least twice if not three times stronger than this Chinese stuff from stillen and since its twice as thick that means....She is strong now...

JWillis72 08-17-2015 05:01 PM

Is there a reason you went with aluminum over steel?

EVOHUNTER 08-17-2015 05:07 PM

looks really good!!

Because it is much, much easier to mill. Oh and lightweight;).

TopgunZ 08-18-2015 11:58 AM

Well my intake post IC will not be here until Monday so I will not be able to dyno this Saturday. LUCKILY someone dropped out and a spot opened up for next Wednesday the 26th so I can get in soon still.
