NEED INSIGHT: Is this a good deal?

I'm pulling the trigger on the TT kit. Talked him down to $3800.
Complete kit, just missing FMiC.
ECU is protuned by forged performance
Full exhaust
DW 600cc injectors.

Turbos have zero shaft play.
He is polishing all the piping and hot tanking the GReddy oil pan

Seller also is local and has discount pricing he will give me on aftermarket parts I may need.

Also willing to let me use his shop so I can do the work for cheap. Or I can basically pay his guys whatever we agree upon for them to do it.

Not to mention it's not so simple to just swap ecus like that. There's many different revisions. Are you sure you have the same ROM he does?
