Okay so I just got my fujimura rear diffuser in today from japan. I just slapped it to check fitment but its touching my FI exhaust tip. Is that bad?

Post some pictures. If it still touches you may be able to have a muffler shop extend the exhaust hangers so that it can clear.

It's possible you can either place a heat shield there or take it to a muffler shop and have new hangers welded on. Oh and there are also rubber universal exhaust hanger pieces that come in different lengths that may also be a viable solution for you. You may have to get a little creative but Cusco makes some exhaust hangers and there are other brands out there

resin can melt. use a few washers on the muffler bracket (no need for new hangers) to lower your exhaust just a hair. i have about 7-8mm gap between my fujimura cf and cans.

Like Kenchan said, I did add a few washers between the brackets and the body. It was not a super easy job to do but you should be able to DIY. There are three bolds on each bracket.
