Blind Spot Warning Indicators

Is it possible to add blind spot warning indicators to your 370Z?

There are aftermarket kits. Not car specific.

No idea. Will probably require to drill some bumper holes for the sensors and run wiring into the car for warning lights (they would be in side not on the mirrors).

Better option is probably convex mirrors. Look up Zoom Engineering.

Honestly if you set your mirrors correctly, you won't have a blind spot. I've tested mine, left and right, and I don't have any.

Pretty much adjust them very far out. You really don't need to see your car at all in the mirror. It's a fixed position and never changes thus doesn't need to be seen. Most common thing I notice when I drive other peoples cars is that I see like half of my own car. Don't need to see any of it!

I did the same thing, always have.

If it isn't visible in my rear view mirror, its visible on the sides, they are viewing wide, i don't see any of the of the car from the side mirrors.

Perfect for the three lane roadways here too, I can basically see the 2nd & third lanes without issue at that angle, and by the time they are out of view on the mirror itself, I'm seeing them with peripheral anyway.

All bases covered.

....the home-link backup camera doesn't hurt either

sort of neat idea, but that's too late for me. i initiate quick lane change while i turn on the signal, so that split second is too much delay.

setting your stock mirrors outward, or using convex mirror is the best way as you can see the car next to you AT ALL TIMES before initiating the lane change. for me, i run cs on my car. check out my albums page for picts. lol

Really driving a little tiny sports car and you need this stuff? Much like the G if your mirrors are set correctly you don't have a blind spot................99% of people do NOT understand how to properly set their mirrors.

no. G has better visibility.

No it didn't. I owned both for 2 years, the G coupe was worse than the Z. It has a useless rear window that made the "blind spot" bigger. But once again, in both cars, if you set your mirrors correctly there was no blind spot.
