There should be zero condensation in the lights and the spare well, regardless of whether it was pressure washed or not. The light, by itself, is not a big deal.

There should be zero condensation in the lights and the spare well, regardless of whether it was pressure washed or not.
The light, by itself, is not a big deal. Sometimes the seal leaks. Seller should replace the light. The damp spare worries me. Probably a hole in the floor or a leaky hatch seal. But it could be a poor cleanup job after a flood. The two combined sounds to me like something has happened to the car (flood/wreck/&c). As other have suggested, I advise you to RUN, not walk, away from that dealer. At best, he/she is misleading you.
