Aftermarket wheel hub adapter, quick release advise for track

Hey scruff, to install the Nardi wheel your going to need a hub which is vehicle specific. That mounts straight to your splined steering column and then the Nardi mounts on to that.

You do not specifically need a Quick Release, its just an option to add in between the hub adapter and the Nardi. Most racers use the quick release when they have race seats installed, as it can be a pain to get in and out of the car with the high bolsters of the seats and the steering wheel in the way.

Essentially all you need is hub adapter + aftermarket wheel

I actually will have a 6 pt harness with a fixed bucket seat. So i think i will look into both the hub and adapter. I just want to figure out which will get me the best precision with the least play.

So NRG is the only brand I found for the hub, and I got recommended to look into Rennline for quick release do to it's neat teardrop shape feature and least amt of play.

I have not been able to take apart my steering wheel to understand what actually attaches to the spline or which component will introduce play. So any advice would be greatly appreciated!
