Stillen CBE Stealth Mod......>>

After doing my Valence in black, the shiny Stillen can was a bit of a distraction. I'd done something similar on another car. Clean, shoot some adhesion promotor, then some High temp Flat BBQ Black. 10 minutes work and it disapears!

Now when the police pull up behind you your exhaust isn't screaming I'm after market pull me over. Looks more discrete good job!

This might be a weird idea, but has anyone thought about painting the actual exhaust tip flat black as well? Now THAT would be super stealth.

I think that would be a little to stealthy beside for the money that was spent on it do you really want to hide all of it? with just the chrome tips it gives it a nice balance from the back.

looks great! Always hard to do that to a polished surface though! I ceramic coated an entire polished cat back to satin black for a 350z customer, I almost hated to do it!

I know what you mean Mike! I am the worlds biggest fan of stainless.....
I delivered 3-4 of my Airboxes in Polished or Translucent PC'd stainless this month for a net gain, so I've paid my penance!.....
