2 Questions for those who have blacked out headlights

My headlights were painted with Satin Black Krylon Fusion Paint. I've had them on for almost 2 years now with no issues at all.

Yup I used a primer tho, but no probs what so ever. And after you reseal them I used some RVT as an extra seal. And if anything fades or chips you can always open them back up to repaint.

Are you sure it isn't RTV? That's all I found at autozone, couldn't find any RVT lol.

Did you sand and primer? Or just sand?
