Default Parking light led

I went to superbrightled.com to look for a replacement for an led for the parking light. This one option showed a replacement for the parking light that is to be used on CAN BUS vehicles only and the 370Z isn't there. The light is $6 and comes in a white light option that has 4500k so it would be pretty damn close to stock HID. Can anyone check out the light and see if it'll work. Please. Thanks.

I'll try to post the URL in the next post

The CAN-compatible business just means that there is a built-in resistor to keep current within what the BCM expects as normal. If that is the proper base, it _should_ work. Contact vendor/manufacturer to verify.

I'm not sure about colors (I'm an Electrician, not an Artist).

4500K is 4500K no matter how it's diced in means of 12V or electrician terms. I had this same thought process as you did about 3 years ago, until I got my MECP and 12V Certification. I have found that the average Nissan / Toyota / Lexus / Infinity all fire their HID's about 4300 K in intensity. 4500K in this regards is the measurement in Kelvin that the ballast would fire the light lumens across the media or filament in the HID bulb for this case. AS for LED's it's a bit different as their is no Filament it's a Diode. So in all relevance 200 K or 200 kelvin in temperature for color is not going to be much off in regards to the stock 4300K Temp from the hids. I am awaiting my shipment of 4500K SMD led's for my lights as well as some 5500 Test LED's to see if their is much difference at 1200K.

Hope this helps.

Alright cool thanks bud. Hey there's another thread that was made on this section about the amber led that's next to the parking light. Any idea how to get to that one?
