Ok, here's the whole story to see if anyone of you guys can help me pin point the problem.
I went to put on the DRL enable kit from iJDMToy, I quickspliced the green (positive) wire from the parking lights to the red wire that goes to the DRLs. Worked great until I noticed that when I lowered the e-brake the DRLs turned on along with the parking, rear and license plate lights. So I thought maybe I spliced the wrong red wire, so I took that splice of and quickspliced the other red wire that goes to a relay (I think) and the car started beeping and the small orange light near the parking lights and in the rear turned on. So I quickly took the splice off. I put some electrical tape to protect the area were the wire was exposed in both the red wires and the green wire from the parking lights and just left the LEDs that came with the kit on. Everything turned on like stock, until yesterday. Now the parking lights and the orange small light beside them don't turn on, but all other lights, rear and DRLs turn on. Checked all the fuses and everything seems good. Don't know if I damaged the relay (or whatever that thing is thats connected to the other red wire).

Red arrow is the red wire that goes to the relay (I think it's a relay).
The blue arrow goes to the plug to the DRLs.

And you pulled the battery and checked those fuses? I blew one and lost tail lights, radio lights and something else. No idea they would bury it like that.

I checked the ones in the foot well and to the side of the battery. Is there another fuse box under the battery?

Yeap pulled and checked. But I didn't check the ones on the side of the battery. I thought those were the ones in the small black box which you can access by just opening the lid of the battery cover. I saw some pics that there's another fuse box by the battery but under the battery cover, by removing the clips.

Check the fuse box near the battery again. The FSM says it's there. Fuse #52, 10A

So yeah it was the fuse, one of the LEDs shorted out and caused the fuse to blow. Went back to stock bulbs for now. Actually it was easy to get to that fuse box. All the covers came of real fast and easy. It was the 10A fuse in the Clearance spot.

Help! I just did the ijdmtoy kit method and the drl and headlights lights are working as intended, but now with the headlights off and the drls on, the radio display illumination is at 10% of normal of the illumination.This occurs with the headlights off. When the lights are turned on (parking and auto and full), the radio illumination returns to 100% same as the instrument panel. Any ideas?
Update: Apparently there was a reverse voltage feedback loop created by using a single wire without a resistor. I contacted ijdmtoy.com at (1-626 872 1127) and they advised using the http://www.ebay.com/itm/One-Way-Powe...-/141310265700 and connecting it - the red side to the parking light positive and black side to the existing DRL positive. This one way wire version is different than the wires that come with the kit. It has a resistor midstream preventing reverse voltage seeping back. This wire (and installation method) corrected the dim illumination radio problem. Unless you want the bulbs with wire kit.
