You can buy stick on reflective insulation on under side of the floor facing exhaust system. That's what I have done with my race car. Think about what it's like for me as I have no carpet to insulate floors or driveline tunnel. Good reflective insulation takes care of a lot of that heat. You could also shield ventilation system.
You could also go to your local Home Depot and buy a few aluminum ducts and cut holes in your stock cover and rivet the ducts in place to get some air flow. No need to spend money on that aluminum pan for ventilation.
