Help finding always on power source

You are the best! I want it to be on all the time - whether the ignition is on or off. I intend to connect my phone charger to that

I want it to be on all the time - whether the ignition is on or off. I intend to connect my phone charger to that power source. It needs to be located on the driver's side. I think the area near the footwell fuse box would be easiest.
