Taking the bumper off I found was easier with 2 people. One to get their side removed and hold in a almost stcok postion while the other freed up his side. But to bake and paint, those are very very exspensive headlights to take apart and not get right and start developing moisture inside. IIRC they are close to a K a headlight. Removing the headlight is also easy.
