Bumper/headlight removal questions

Hey every one, I know there are DIY threads on how to remove the bumper and headlights but since they aren't as specific as I was hoping they would be (call me dumb, there is always one LOL) I was wondering if it is easier or harder than the bumper and headlights of a 2012 G37 Sedan. Only reason I ask is because when I had my G35 it was easy as cake to remove, bake and paint, when I tried that on my wife's G37 though, i thought it would be easier and it turns out there were little extra pieces of plastic and screw combos that were attached all over the place. I still don't know how I pulled that job but it did take a few cases of beer and 8 hours of non stop labor by myself working from sun down to sun up. Went to sleep with a nasty hangover that morning but it was worth it. All I remember were the extra little parts that the bumper and headlights had. Are the 370Z's similar considering it is also a newer car? just asking before I actually take my car apart.

There are alot of screws for both the headlight and bumper

Screws aren't the problem I faced on the G. There were some crazy white plastic retainer pieces that seemed like a puzzle trying to put back together. If it is just screws and pop out plastic rivets I am not worried. Its those white plastic retainer fuckers that i am worried about lol

It's mainly screws and the pop pin things, I haven't worked on a g35/37 but the Z was pretty simple. The only "hard" parts were pulling the bumper off of the car after all of the bolts and rivets have been removed because it feels like it's gonna break and then sticking the headlight into the oven for fear of melting them. (The bumper is "snapped" into the frame by a few hooks under the headlight)

Taking the bumper off I found was easier with 2 people. One to get their side removed and hold in a almost stcok postion while the other freed up his side. But to bake and paint, those are very very exspensive headlights to take apart and not get right and start developing moisture inside. IIRC they are close to a K a headlight. Removing the headlight is also easy.
