Default Bumper/headlight removal questions

Hey every one, I know there are DIY threads on how to remove the bumper and headlights but since they aren't as specific as I was hoping they would be (call me dumb, there is always one LOL) I was wondering if it is easier or harder than the bumper and headlights of a 2012 G37 Sedan. Only reason I ask is because when I had my G35 it was easy as cake to remove, bake and paint, when I tried that on my wife's G37 though, i thought it would be easier and it turns out there were little extra pieces of plastic and screw combos that were attached all over the place. I still don't know how I pulled that job but it did take a few cases of beer and 8 hours of non stop labor by myself working from sun down to sun up. Went to sleep with a nasty hangover that morning but it was worth it. All I remember were the extra little parts that the bumper and headlights had. Are the 370Z's similar considering it is also a newer car? just asking before I actually take my car apart.
