You'll want to use both the self-tapping screws and and double-sided tape. If I remember correctly, the lip sat maybe 1/16th of an inch away from the bumper...so in some

You'll want to use both the self-tapping screws and and double-sided tape. If I remember correctly, the lip sat maybe 1/16th of an inch away from the bumper...so in some spots, the double-sided tape didn't hold to the bumper.
