It also looks alot better
Any chance you still have those pieces of cardboard you cut out? They could be used as a template for a CAD design.

No need for professional installation. The sample kit came with a handy roller, so the only other tools I needed were some scissors, a marker, a tape measure, and a straightedge (I used a metal wallpaper squeegee I had laying around). If I had thought of MIGHTYMOUSE's cardboard template idea, it would have been even easier.
The only difficult part is removing/re-installing the interior panels. I had my favorite body shop do the R/R on the panels - only charged me $50 - and I took my time installing the mat over a long weekend (it could have been a one-day project, but I had other things going on).

I wish we could offer this, but we simply don't have the man power to provide it. Maybe a true enthusiast can help out?

Quick question for you guys: Do you prefer the mat product shipped in roll form or precut into sheets?

I think my (first-timer) install would have been quite a bit easier if I had had 6-12" squares - I ended up cutting more-or-less rectangular pieces for the larger areas and filling in the small, odd-shaped places freehand from "scraps". I'm guessing that, with more experience on my part, sheets would be better to allow for fewer seams.

PS: A page or two of instructions would have been a nice touch. The install is easy enough to figure out, especially if one has seen a tutorial or two, but not exactly intuitive.

PPS: I'm still impressed with the quality of the roller that was included. I was surprised that one was even included in the kit. Helps make up for the lack of instructions.

Hi SouthArk! A sheet of instructions should have been included along with the roller, a tape measure and a set of decals. If you did not receive these things, I wouldn't mind sending them to you if you still have a use for them, or just want swag.

The instructions look like this:

hmmm All I got was a sheet of material and a roller. I have plenty of tape measures and I can wait until I order more material to get some decals. But thanks for the offer.

PS: Just copied my review on this site to Facebook.

I vote for precisely pre-cut product for easy installation in a 370Z

Sorry we couldn't find anyone to help you out 9Zs. I promise, the install process is not difficult. The hardest part will probably be removing the plastic panels to access your install points.

Thursday bump!
