who else has a saggy stillen front lip?

Just an update on my fix. The aluminum strut came un-epoxied today. Pretty sure it had to do with me smacking a curb (or as the English say, 'kerb') a

Just an update on my fix. The aluminum strut came un-epoxied today. Pretty sure it had to do with me smacking a curb (or as the English say, 'kerb') a few days ago. Too much flex for the epoxy to hold.

Since it's about time to park it for the winter, I'll pull the bumper and come up with a better fix during the dark months.

If you sand the aluminum piece with rough sand paper then use a urethane adhesive you should be good to go. The connection will be slightly flexible and weather resistant.

I have to say, after having problems with Stillen more than a decade ago (300ZX parts) that they have not changed a bit. This is the same thing they have always done, nothing is their fault, blame the customer, delay, delay, delay...
