I got fed up of waiting. I ordered mine from Erickson nissan out of Edmonton, Canada.

They are getting it in from Toronto and the part will be at their dealership on Friday and then they will be shipping it out to me Friday night. Cost me $40.00 than if I went with Zstore but they don't have a clue when the order will be filled. I wanted one 2 months ago, so I gave up and called Canada for the part, easy enough.

just wanted to chime back in to let you guys know I got my fog lamp today!

While you may not charge credit cards until the items are shipped, you do charge paypal (i used paypal). And Since I am out of state, thats what makes the FTC laws apply to our transaction. Nonetheless, I got my item and I'm happy

Bought mine from the Zstore about 10 days ago.. got a message a day or so after the order that they are out of stock, 4 to 6 weeks

sucks but will have to wait i guess... anyone else still waiting for theirs?

btw.. It would be nice if the website said they were out of stock.. just my 2 cents..

EXACTLY!!!
This is my second order from them and probably my last. My first order was for a sunshade plus the Fairlady Z emblem, the emblem was on back-order but no idea from the website until after I ordered and a day later I got an email. Now I ordered the kick-plates and rear fog light, kick-plates are shipped but fog light is now delayed 4-6 weeks with no warning.

I would still buy what you want, but just find someone else. You might end up paying 10 dollars more but most other websites seem to say if the item is in stock or not. Not going to promote anyone specific company but I know there was one sponsor who said a bit ago they had the rear fog light in stock, might want to PM them and see if that is still true.

Hopefully my kick-plates get here soon and I can install those.

can you cancel it and order it elsewhere?

usually when i cant find a part, i just ask koji over at japanparts.com even if they dont have it listed they can get it for me. longest i ever waited was maybe 1.5wks.
