Aftermarket shift knob with short throw shifter and factory boot

I understand m4a1mustang, the ball sits so close to the boot that you grab the boot when trying to shift. It is the main reason I went back to the stock shift knob for now until I find a better solution.

Yup, that was the whole point of this "mod." I needed to get rid of that feel asap, and... well... I couldn't go back for the factory knob.

I have some other ideas that will look better, but for now this has the feel 100% spot on to where I want it which is the most important thing at the moment.
