Costco uses touchless tire mounters at every store. If something happened, it was probably not during the mounting. Ask to speak to the store manager (not the tire center manager).

Costco uses touchless tire mounters at every store. If something happened, it was probably not during the mounting.
Ask to speak to the store manager (not the tire center manager). You might be able to get something from them if he's in a good mood. It is tougher with Costco because they operate their tire center below cost to drive shopping...so the tire center manager usually has very little authority to remedy anything. |
