 I think that's a bit much... Seriously though, the people that defend the service are the ones that have received their product in a timely fashion... try being on the other end and receiving broken items then waiting weeks for a replacement... or in some of the cases, wait for even the original item for 6-8 weeks like some of the buyers... you won't be so patient and understanding then.
