Flashing car/key light... is this normal?

Like I said, the flashing key light in not a problem and just the smart key knowing that the keyfob is in the car. The other issue of not starting

Like I said, the flashing key light in not a problem and just the smart key knowing that the keyfob is in the car. The other issue of not starting is related, but has to do with the steering wheel locking mechanism.
