As a dealer of both Bride and Status, and having handled/sat in/oogled tons of both brands, it really comes down to personal needs/preference. Status only offers ONE FIA certified seat.

As a dealer of both Bride and Status, and having handled/sat in/oogled tons of both brands, it really comes down to personal needs/preference. Status only offers ONE FIA certified seat. Bride has several. Status seats are HIGHLY customizable, though. Check this link for info on building your own Status seat: Status Racing
For a street car, I'd pick up a Status Icon seat and have it custom made to match my car. If it's a track car, then it'd be a toss-up between a Status Ring and Bride. Bride seats are true JDM quality seats (so long as you don't get duped into buying knockoffs), and Status are high quality, made in America, by a company with a background in military parts manufacturing.
