Got my front clip done. Posting pics tomorrow. Door handles and rear next when I get a chance. I thinking of removing the door handles to spray. Any thoughts?

No need to do that. One of my friends did that recently and he was able to just peel it away and it left a nice clean line. If i can find the video he posted on face book I'll try to link it.

Well, I can't find video (might not have taken it, i can't remember) but here is a pic I took of said door handle. We masked it off using tape and some newspapers to help reduce over spray (any overspray is easily wiped off).

Here is a pic taken while it was masked off. You can slide the tape up between the door handles and the body to help make it even easier.
--edit-- Ooops forgot to put the pic in ![]()

skeeter took the pics and video for me. I did the paint... it was just standard plasti dip... it was eight thick coats.... to allow full filling and to make it easier if needing to be removed/redone
I'll post more pics |

Got my rear section taped of yesterday. Going to paint it after work today.
Has anyone had issues with Plasti Dip around the exhaust area? The exhaust tips can get hot.
