Exactly how it was done....

Step 1: Tape it all off by DufDaddy17, on Flickr

Orange Tape is electric by DufDaddy17, on Flickr

Step 2: Apply Dip by DufDaddy17, on Flickr

Step 3: Before Dip begins drying gently remove Orange tape by DufDaddy17, on Flickr

Result. Re-apply Orange tape (making sure to stay off the Dip) after dry and repeat. by DufDaddy17, on Flickr
