Its not about how hard a business is to run, its about UAM misleading its customers and using excuses to buy more time for whatever reason(ex., SEMA, really? that is just absurd). They announced the first group buy 3 months ago which only consisted of 5 people on the list. Here we are in Novemeber and two of them still have yet to receive their product. Both of them not getting a legitment response and being ignored half the time. I'm only saying all this because it frustrates me seeing other people get treated with horrible customer service. Its not common for someone to be dissatisfied with a company in this forum and when it does happen, it doesnt go unnoticed.
