Bird Sh*t problem!!!! HELP!!!

It is brand new, and takes nothing to get light scratches etc... to show up on the paint. I haven't washed mine yet and am actually dreading it. I have a sheepskin wash mit, will use the two bucket method and dry with microfiber cloths. Even with all these things I am not confident it will come out not showing light scratch marks / swirls etc... after.
