Z does not save/memorise my paired iPhone

thanks guys.. But i'm still on the floor.. bleeding. no luck with resetting the battery (it reset the car' settings, but all the settings on the Nav system are still

I still don't understand why that other owners phone keeps coming back, i deleted it 100 times so far. I'm now considering taking into NISSAN to take a look at it. I don't think its my phone, my mate has the older generation iphone and it does the same thing. Any other clues fellas?
