Decent weight reducing body parts?

My first thought based on the thread title was "just chop off your left arm" Seriously though, the easiest way to drop weight is thru the exhaust components. FI claims

FI claims 16lbs reduction by replacing the oem manifold and cats with LTH and a 17lbs reduction by replacing the CBE so that's pretty significant. I'm sure other aftermarket exhaust setups are pretty similar in weight savings too.
