Default How much for your clear bra?

I know that price can vary depending on where you live and how much clear bra you have done but I wanted to get some ideas. I had a local Zeibert tell me it could go up to $2,300 if I wanted the full package they offered (not sure what that included since I almost passed out from his quote lol). Anyways I'm going to touch up my bumper this weekend, wait a week for it to dry and then atleast get the bumper done. Any feedback is appreciated!

Most people just have it on the front bumper, fenders and hood ($600-900 depending on the shop). $2300 is a lot, but thats probably for the whole car.

I'm about to have mine done for $250 at my friends shop but in general the cost is around $600- 800 like mentioned above

Should include

- Front bumper
- Fenders
- Hood
- Mirrors

$2300 seems step if its not the full car (but full car is overkill IMO)

should be able to do just front bumper for $300 I'm sure

yea 2300 is rediculous. even the most expensive place around me wanted to charge me 1200 for full bumper, full hood, a-pillars, mirrors, and fenders. they cater specifically to exotics and other high end cars, so thats why they charge so much.

I got mine for free. Well... after I brought in a total of four cars the fourth car was done free for me. The other three cars paid $650 for the standard coverage. It also depends on the brand of film you are looking at. Mine was Venture Shield.

I paid 2000 for my S5, full hood, fender, and trunk and rear bumper

I felt it was a wast because after getting brutally hit in a parking lot, it ended up adding $XXX to the repair bill.

I decided not to get it redone because its a lease and going back soon, so for the Z Im waiting end then getting a full matte wrap... JMO

A shop did mine today for about $600, and it includes bumper, hood, and part of the fender. What's really nice is that they covered the hood up to the headlights, and they did the same for the fenders. It looks so much nicer than the last shop that did mine (sloppy cuts, wrinkles, and "stitching" smaller peices).

Bought my car with it = win.

My buddy just did his Nismo and the entire hood, front bumper and a quarter of the headlights all for $800.

It was already on my car when I bought it. I think they were trying to tack on $1k for it.

Cool thank for the replies. It sounds like I could get my bumper done between $300-$500. I have to call 2 places tomorrow and get exct quotes. I'll post them later.

Also, I plan on touching up about 25 or so pin-sized rock chips first. Has anyone got their clear bra done after having some chips? I'd hate to repaint the whole bumper when u can only see the chips if your up close.

Pay the piper and get it painted. Any chips will magnify 100 times over when the clear bra is applied if there are chips and knicks.

cjeezy $500 sounds a bit steep for just the bumper. I had F/R bumpers, hood, mirrors, wheel panels, both sides of the car done for $1500. Also shooting for the panels for the pillars over the doors.

Im thinking about painting it but honestly, once you repaint a car it's never as good/durable as the original factory. Plus I can live with the current chips in it (as long as I can touch them up). Will a clear bra really magnify the chips?

Sure it can, if not better. It just depends on where you get it done and how much you want to pay.
