OEM shift knob removal (SEARCHED)

Looking at the parts diagram there is no way to twist the shifter shaft around like I think I did. Everything works fine no so I guess I didn't damage

Everything works fine no so I guess I didn't damage anything (besides my poor stock shifter knob). I went ahead and ordered a Password JDM knob as well, I'll post some pics once everything is installed. __________________ 2011 Pearl White, Persimmon, Touring, Sport, Navigation, 6sp - PW JDM shift knob, Invidia Gemini CBE, aFe dry filters, HPS intake tubes, JDM fog light, Redline shift boot, LED interior lights, Z1 hood struts, and 30% tint.
