Default Anyone Else Disappointed at the Lack of LED's?

I was really hoping that the 370z headlights would have LED's, like the Audi below - I think Nissan have really missed an opportunity here.

When I saw the first shots of the Z I tried really hard to convince myself that the shiny indentations that run down the inner edge of the headlamps were LED's, but no, they weren't

Did anyone else feel like this, or do you think they're cheap and tarty?

Personally, I hope the first facelift of the 370z has LED's at the front - I feel they would enhance the front in the same way the rear LED's improved the back of the car..

..but we know how slow Nissan can be with some of their electronic innovations (remember the cassette player in the 350z Bose system!!!!

LEDs would have been nice. Maybe some quality aftermarket products will come out in the near future?

It would be like a knock off. Its like oh look an audi...oh wait its only a nissan...thats the first thinkg I would think at least.

Iv seen all the head light mods done to 350's. I never thought it looked bad, jsut seems like it doesnt belong on the Z.

I thought that strip was LEDs also. I don't think it'd be a knock of Audi. Audio has horizontal LEDs below the head lights. These would be vertical on the inner sides of the headlights. That's a big difference IMO. I'll be likely converting that strip to the LED strip I was hoping for.

Agreed. I think it would look really distinctive.

Can't wait to see what it looks like if you do the conversion.

Not really disappointed here..

Aftermarket will have all the LED's you could ever want.

Just don't go putting S6 light strips or angel eyes on the car.

i think with the black paint, orange interior, and if i add orange LED's to the headlights it would look amazing!
the orange guage lights compliments the burnt orange interior perfectly.

Would have been a real nice touch, but since I wasn't expecting it, I'm not disappointed.
