Well I fixed it...I hope!
Turns out my tail lights were out too! I still had turn signals, brake lights, and back up lights which I tested looking through my rear view on a house but my tail lights that turn on with my head lights and my license plate lights were out that I just noticed  I knew it had to be a fuse then. Thankfully it was. I'm hoping all wires I've pulled are still taped up properly and it must have been when I was testing hazard wires that something touched and blew the fuse. Kind of a bitch to get to but it was here by the battery marked 10a tail/illumi
