clear bra??

Hey guys, Sorry for resurrecting an old thread. I didn't want to un-necessarily start a new one. I'm trying to find a solid lead for a reliable clear bra installer

Hey guys, Sorry for resurrecting an old thread. I didn't want to un-necessarily start a new one. I'm trying to find a solid lead for a reliable clear bra installer in the Winston Salem NC area for my 370z. I've been finding tiny chips on the front bumper and it's really driving me crazy to the point that I don't want to drive it (it's my weekend car) nowadays. Any help would be greatly appreciated rep point wise.

A couple of things to keep in mind with the clear bra (despite what some of the re-sellers on here will tell you)

-The possibility of it yellowing over time

-Protected areas WILL be a different shade than none-protected areas when it is taken off. Not necessarily due to UV rays, which many of the bras now have protection for, but due to the covered areas lack of elemental exposure compared to the none covered areas.

-Much more noticeable on darker colors.

WRONG, best thing you can do to take care of your car! Especially with the thin paint on the Z.
Where in VA did you get your clear bra done? Did they do a good job? It seems like you used 3M. How does it look now?

Full hood/bumper/front fenders with wrapped edges. Also, did the mirrors and the rear wheel impact area. I tell people I have a bra on there and they don't believe me (Plat. Graphite paint here).

Best money I've spent on a mod. I love it as much as I do the spray-in bed liner I put in my truck 8 years ago...I only wish I put a clear bra on my truck because the front is riddled with chips.

$450 is uber cheap!

I did the install myself with no experience for half that and it came out great. If I could have found a shop here in Germany to do it I probably would have paid though. Just cause it was kind of a big gamble

Geez guys, do the install yourself. It's not that hard. I got my kit from Invisible Mask for $278 shipped. For what some of you guys paid you could have bought three kits, screwed up the install on two of them and still come out ahead.
